A workout app built for one person.

You answer some questions. We build you an app around your schedule, your gym, and what you actually want — then put it on your home screen. It opens to today's workout. That's the whole thing.

Start your build Free to fill out. Nothing due until you see your app working.
01 — Process

How it works

About a week from filling out the form to having it on your phone.

01

Tell us how you train

An intake form covering your week, your gym, your background, and your goals. Ten minutes, and the detail you put in is what makes the result fit.

02

We build it

A real program, not a template with your name swapped in. If something in your answers doesn't work, we'll tell you before we build rather than after.

03

It goes on your phone

You get a link and a short video showing how to add it to your home screen. It opens like any other app and works without signal.

04

It keeps up with you

New exercises and updated weights each month. Schedule changed? Semester ended? Send a request and the next update reflects it.

What we're not

We're not certified trainers, and we don't pretend to be. What we build is a structured, conservative program and a good app to run it in. If you want someone watching your form and adjusting in real time, hire a coach at the rec center — that's a different product and it's worth the money.

If you have a current injury, chronic pain, or a medical condition that affects exercise, we'll turn you down. Not because we don't want the work, but because designing around a condition takes a qualification we don't have. Talk to a doctor or a physical therapist first.

We won't promise you a number on a scale or fat loss from a specific body part. Nobody can deliver that, and anyone selling it is guessing.

05 — Questions

Common questions

What actually is the app?

A web app that lives on your home screen. You add it once from a link and it behaves like anything else on your phone — full screen, its own icon, works without signal. There's nothing to download from an app store and no account to create.

Where does my data live?

On your phone, in the app itself. It never touches a server, which means nobody can see your logs and nothing gets sold. The trade-off is that it's yours to back up — there's a copy-data button for that, and we recommend using it once in a while.

What if my schedule changes?

Send a change request and the next monthly update will reflect it. Term changes, a new job, a class you dropped — all normal, all handled. You can also mark trips and time off inside the app yourself, and it won't count those days as missed.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and there's nothing to argue with. Export your data first, since you'll lose access to the hosted app. If you come back it's $25 for the first two months, then $10.

I've never lifted before. Is this for me?

Yes, and the app is built for it. Every exercise gets a description and a how-to link, starting weights are suggested and deliberately light, and the language stays plain — no RPE, no jargon you'd have to look up.
